Reduce the number of unwanted animals through a vigirous low cost spay/neuter program, humane education and foster/adoption.

HSU provides low cost spay/neuter coupons to the community to help make altering pets more affordable. HSU also has pets available for adoption. All pets have received a full health screen, vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
