ARRF is comprised of a group of volunteers devoted to getting more dogs and cats adopted out of San Diego county shelters into forever homes.

ARRF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization working to assist the rescue community, educate the public, and support low-cost spay/neuter efforts. We do all we can to help end the suffering of lost and/or abandoned pets.
