Hometown Animal Rescue, Inc
We are a group of foster homes and do not have a physical shelter.
To improve the quality of life and health of the animals in our community, thus improving the quality of life of the humans who live here. Our Mission statment pretty well says it. Hometown Animal Rescue, Inc is a group of volunteers dedicated to the rescue, sanctuary and re homing of local stray and neglected dogs. We work in alliance with the local animal control to build an animal friendly community, encourage respect and compassion for all animals and advocate responsible pet ownership. Hometown Animal Rescue, Inc will accomplish this through educating the public on the importance of spay/neuter and general pet care and health. We will set the example of humane care and treatment through our rescue efforts and demonstrate pet owner responsibility we want current and future pet owners to emulate. It is our desire that other counties see the success of our network of supporters and volunteers and thus implement similar programs to benefit the animals and citizens of their own community.
HARI is a small rescue dedicated to helping and serving the dogs and people of Conyers and Rockdale County. We work closely with local Animal Control to better the lives of the dogs in their care.
