HSSCC/Spay/Neuter Adopt Protect (SNAP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to ending unwanted litters of dogs and cats, thereby eliminating the need for euthanasia of homeless animals. SNAP is dedicated to furthering the cause of humane animal care, education and responsible animal ownership.

Services are not limited by residence or finances.

Funding is provided solely by fund-raising, donations and grants.

We are not a shelter, we run a rescue - where our dogs & cats are placed in foster homes until adopted - we are no-kill!
