To educate the public about humane practices;
To encourage the spay and neuter of pets to eliminate the over population problem facing our community;
To provide a safe and healthy environment to pets in need.

We are an all volunteer organization, with no paid staff. Our volunteers are dedicated to helping companion animals within the boundaries of Stanislaus County.
We are NOT affliated with any national organziation, and are an independent organization who does not receive financial assistance from any other organization or goverment funding.
We raise the money to complete our mission, and the funds raised go to helping pets in our community only.
We do not have a facility to house animals, depending solely upon foster homes at this time. Our goal is to someday have a "Green No-Kill Shelter" in Stanislaus County.
