Meet Leiah who we rescued after she was hit in the head while she was living on the streets with her owner-sadly her owner could not care for her with the adverse circumstance....Susan, Scooter’s Founder, lost her beloved Rosie who was her other dog, Buford’s, best friend..Buford was so sad...when Susan took Leiah into her home she and Buford formed an instant bond!!!
