Maximus update! I have to admit that I came very close to being another foster fail. After he pulled out some stitching that had to be stapled closed, destroying FIVE e-collars, doing an additional week of antibiotics, and then finally removing every stitch and staple himself two nights ago, this wild little guy finally got clearance from the Vet this morning to return to the ranch. But not before we had a little adventure, and he got to enjoy his first puppacchino! Max has energy to spare but loves nothing more than getting in your lap and cuddling. He's playful and animated. He got along well with all eight dogs that I currently have at home. As I said before, it was difficult for me to let him go, but I know he has a perfect family out there waiting for him. Charlie update… Our boy has been unable to do his last two chemo treatments because his liver enzymes are so high. Regardless his cancer seems to be in remission for now. But now, we may be facing a new fight. He has another appointment on November 10th for an abdominal ultrasound and liver cytology to see if he may now be dealing with liver disease. We are beyond thankful for all the support Charlie has got and continues to receive! ❤️ We will keep you all up to date with his continuing journey. #keepsupporting #hesagoodboy #remission #nevergiveup #wefighttogether

Mama Bristol and her nine newborn puppies are doing very well. She was a bit unsure at first but Kelly was able to calm her nerves and help her relax.

Mama Camy and her nine puppies are doing great, too.

Who is ready for the #2022Calendar reveal?!?
I cannot begin to express how proud I am of all the artists and the unique, one of a kind, magnificent portraits of our supporter's pets that they have created! They put in a lot of hard work and so much care into their artwork. I've had to fight back tears every time I received a new image because I know the story behind every pet whose portrait has been created and I also know how much these pieces will mean to the owners. It has been nothing short of spectacular and a huge roller-coaster ride of emotions putting everything together to create this calendar.
I will share more images of what the calendar will look like over the next few days. I'm adding some finishing touches to the store (gasp! yes, I said store!) and the calendar (and a few more surprises) will be available for pre-order very, very soon! I expect the calendars to arrive at your doorsteps well before Christmas.
Thank you so, so much to everyone who has contributed to making this idea come to life! From the artists who dove in head first, not even knowing who we were but wanting to help nonetheless, to the generous donors without whom this would not be possible and to everyone else working behind the scenes.
