Gunner was abandoned by his owner when they moved. His rescuer for overheard the neighbors talking about shooting him. This is his first time with me and I just gave him vaccines. This guy needs a home as soon as possible he Deserves to know there’s good humans in this world! He’s gorgeous, possible marbled bengal but shorter thicker stature.

Monday, a wonderful soul dropped off a whole trunkload of food & litter. Another generous neighbor ordered the vitamin supplements I use. I’m still using the formula donations up on bottle babies and my kitties love the water fountain donated by an adopter who has been getting the rescue her favorite items. She even made me kitty toys to go with adopted kitties and the wonderful lady with the trunk of supplies made me cute kitty face masks ! Budget has been so tight since having to spend $500 of my own money on spay neuters on October 18th and going to multiple emergency vet appts. Being disabled makes picking up food and litter in large quantities so hard. I am so deeply blessed to be able to help these kitties thanks to the generous donations of $, supplies and time. Thank you neighbors! You are awesome! 🥰

Sunday my sweet husband drove me all over helping animals. Ontario to check on Joanie and drop off probiotics/chicken baby food/toy. Then LA for an adoption where I also got to see a former kitten I’d adopted out at this retirement facility. After lunch we went by Disneyland areas to a foster to administer vaccines & microchip. I came home dropped off hubs and went out to Mira Loma for an adoption and followed in downtown Riverside for a pick up. Shawna, our foster volunteer helped pick up two cats in the Woodcrest area that have had 28 kittens in the past 6 months. They’re getting fixed today. I came home and my kids helped me with our fosters . I’m going to place all of my fosters with volunteers, it’s just too hard to do all I have to and care for kitties.

Huge shout out to to everyone helping with Joanie’s medical bills and donations to keep us running. Also to all of the fosters who’ve helped with kitties and bottle babies. Also Rob, Cory, and Irene for help with transportation. Leslie for help with showing kitties at the thrift store and Jennifer with 2nd Chance rescue for mentorship. The wonderful people who’ve been supplying toys, beds, disposable litter, cat food, dog food, etc. I cannot do what I do without the wonderful community we have here. (I know i forgot so many, please know you are all so appreciated).

This is Lisa, spot, and Marge. They’re adorable kittens about 5 months old. Mama is a young cat 1-2 years old. They’ve been waiting for a home for so long. 😢

They’re friendly and very playful. They’ve been raised with a really good foster and are used to people. Marge loves sleeping on skateboards! 😂 The kittens can go together or separate but really enjoy playing together.
Mama, Marge is easy going but not happy with dogs. They are ready for adoption through Act 2 Rescue.

5 months ago Vanilla collapsed on a road in front of a car. At 5am I scooped him off the pavement and rushed him to ER. He was black with fleas, blind and couldn’t lift his head. 10 days of force feeding unable to sit up. 2 weeks of helping him eat, 2 months in a crib unable to walk or see well, in July his liver was still failing. We just got the results back on the last liver test…he is all better and healed! He has his vision and continues to improve walking and neurological issues! He is quite demanding for pets! 🥰#rescuesaveslives #isurvived
