Kiki & Mr Scruffy are approximately three months old. They were found in a box on the side of the road in the desert. Kiki has a slight neurological issue the vet thinks she’s had since birth or from trauma as a puppy. There are times that she will fall over when she’s running too fast. It does not impede her walking playing and eating and just being a normal puppy as you can tell from the video.

Kota is an 8 month old male Dutch shepherd/Malinois who has the most loving personality we have ever met. He gives unlimited kisses and always wants to snuggle up next to you. A home with a yard is needed because he needs an area to run around frequently. As anyone who’s ever had a young Shepherd knows they have a lot of energy and apartment living just does not work for them. He is still a puppy so basic training will be needed for his new family as well as for himself.

This poor boy was abandoned him in the desert so getting in and out of a car can worry him, but after a couple of practices he is getting the hang of it. He’s very smart, he knows how to sit and Is learning new things every day with his foster. He is getting neutered in the next two weeks and will be introduced to more dogs to keep his socialization going. So far he’s only come into contact with his fosters parents dog and he did great.

Meet Kelsey!

This gorgeous girl is in need of a foster home! Kelsey can jump a 6’ fence without any hesitation so must be on leash initially until she can be trusted not to jump or you have a 8’+ tall fence. While she is extremely dog friendly, she needs to be the only dog as she’s currently in heat. Our vets will not spay her while she’s in heat, but is scheduled for a spay at the end of November.

How has Miss Lady still not been adopted?!

Lady is a 3-year-old approximately and 45 pound sweetheart of a dog. She is a mix of Cattledog and bullterrier.

She came to us from Riverside with her three buddies who have all been adopted. One of her buddies was her mother who had a wonderful disposition. Lady was very shy when she 1st arrived. She has really come out of her shell in the last month but is still fearful of strangers. She is playful with the ball, gets along great with other dogs, and just loves to cuddle and go for walks.. once she is comfortable with you.
