Ongis is a Shar Pei/Lab mix born around 4/9/21. Ongis is in an Amazing Foster home and here is what her Foster has to say about her: This sweet girl loves to wag her tail, give kisses, and snuggle with her people! She would rather snuggle with me than my dog! Ongis gets along with other dogs and will lay down and play. She has learned to sit and wait for her food out of the kitchen. Ongis has preally short hair and does not seem to shed much and her head is bigger than her body. She loves to jump up and very gently placer her feet on you. Ongis has the softest coat and is so snuggly! She is a really quiet dog and barks more in her sleep when she's dreaming than in the house. Ongis is already crate trained and house broken. 🐾

Ritza was a street dog, living at a UPS warehouse in Alabama. It took 8 months to catch her but an amazing and determined UPS worker caught her, (and brought to our rescue) just before she gave birth to her last litter of puppies. 🐾

Ritza is now with an Amazing Foster who has patiently worked with her to allow this sweet girl to come out of her shell and blossom. Ritza is a beautiful blue Staffordshire Terrier mix who is probably about 5 years old but she's had a hard life living outdoors and of course is heartworm positive. Her treatment is included in her adoption fee so please don't let that stop you from reading about this thrown away treasure. Ritza has so much love to give! She absolutely loves kids, and is very social to people. ❤️

Varona is a puppy-at heart-, kung-fu knowing, gentle giant. She loves to cuddle up with you and watch TV or run around outside and play with her friends. She LOVES playing fetch or taking long naps in her bed. She has gotten along great with her foster fur-sibling which include a cat and her dogs! She does really well on a leash and love love loves kids! We do think she would do better with older kids as she does not know her size yet LOL! ❤️

Varona was adopted as a small puppy and returned underweight, unable to trust, and didn’t even know what a toy was! After a few months in her foster home she is the big girl she was meant to be as a Cane Corso mix and she knows what love and trust are. But because of her rocky start you gotta give her some time to open up. If you give her a chance you will not regret it! Head to our story for a cute video of Varona☺️

Crash here is one of our AGBR alum that was adopted almost two years ago. He came to us after being hit by a car and tragically had to have his leg amputated but still is the sweetest and best boy. After he was adopted, his vet discovered a large tumor in his ear. His owner Josh got him through it and honored his commitment to take care of Crash for the rest of his life like any good dog dad would do! ❤️

A few days ago Crash was the victim of gun violence and breed discrimination and was shot in the face w/a 9mm gun. Josh rushed him to the emergency vet and luckily Crash is supposed to make a full recovery but the vet bill was extensive. This little girl is Chilaca and she is one of our adorable puppies from our Hot Pepper Litter. Her Mom is a little terrier mix named Margie that came into our rescue when she was very pregnant. She had her babies on 7/27/2021 and Chilaca was one of 8! 🐾

She is currently in an Amazing Foster home and now she's ready for her FURever home. She is doing very well at housebreaking and is ready to have a family of her own. This little cutie is very smart and friendly. She loves playing on her own with toys or with the other pups in the house. And she's down with snuggling when you are! We can only imagine what she had to endure to survive before we got her, so she needs a slow introduction to dogs, and has made several doggy buddies, but would do best in a home without cats! She does get a bit obsessed with balls and has been known to go on her daily walks with one in her mouth!

We are truly shocked that TEAK is still available for adoption. He was named Teak by his rescuer because like the wood, he is strong!! He was rescued from a less than ideal situation and is now thriving in a foster home ❤️

As much as he LOVES his foster fur sister and his foster parents, Teak longs for a place just his own. He is a young dog, just a little over a year old and some kind of Lab mix. He does well with other dogs, loves children, and even coexists peacefully with the chickens that his foster mom has. 🐓

Teak just needs someone to give him a chance so he can show you how good he is and how well he can fit in! All of our dogs deserve a chance but Teak has been passed over again and again and it’s time for him to get a break 🐾

Malyen had a great time at the adoption event yesterday but no one wanted to adopt him! 😩 this little guy is about 5 months old and his tail never stops wagging!

He loves to play with other dogs, run around in the yard, or take a nice nap! He is also doing great with potty training. Malyen is the last one left of his litter and ready for that special family to decide he is meant to be theirs ❤️
