URGENT HELP NEEDED‼️
Tiger is not even halfway through his life and yet, has suffered betrayal by the people he trusted most. Trying to return home after being dumped in the woods by his family, Tiger didn't see the car speeding towards him. He didn't see it - but he felt the impact of the crash that sent him flying through the air.
Dogs are loyal - more loyal than most humans. Even though the home that threw him out was far from being a haven, it was the only place he knew and desperately wanted to get back to it. There, he had grown up on a chain, yes, but it was better than being outside in the unknown. But in his effort to get back to the space he had known, Tiger was run down in the road like garbage.
The person kept driving and Tiger was left laying there on the road, where he, overcoming wild pain, stayed for several days without help. When our volunteer finally found him days later, he was covered in bugs, and his wounds had begun to rot. Frozen, worn out by pain, Tiger just wanted to die. It was clear on his face. The volunteer rushed him to the hospital and in less than half an hour, Tiger opened his eyes to be blinded by the bright lights of a clinic. X-ray imaging showed a fracture of the spine, two broken legs, and a bad head injury.
It is possible that he will remain disabled and not capable of walking, but we must give him a chance.
His life matters and we know you think so too. Tiger is at the clinic now. He awaits two surgeries and a long rehabilitation but we will fight for his precious life and hope you can help us do just that.
Please donate anything you can towards his care today! His life depends on you! Thank you so much for your support!

Dear friends,
We need your help with a little old boy Denny.
We now call him Lisik.
Lisik was found by one of our friends on a cold, stormy night wondering around a park in Philadelphia. Lisik was weaving in and out of traffic, shaking and very scared. When she brought him inside, she saw that he was an older dog, who was in terrible shape: filthy and emaciated, his poor little body covered with puncture wounds, his eyes infected, and his nails so long that they curved back into his fingers, making them bleed. Lisik had severe cough, and could barely stand. When he refused food, she realized that he had no teeth and was unable to eat solids…
The Veterinarian who examined Lisik, determined that he was a victim of abuse and neglect. His labs were concerning, and he tested positive for Lyme. Our friend and her 5 year old daughter have been nursing Lisik ever since. He is on antibiotics, is fed wet food (which they hand feed to him), and has to wear diapers for incontinence. He is slowly improving, and has quite a happy, sweet personality.
Our friend is on disability and has been struggling with her health. She has a young child with major medical issues, and lives in a small two-bedroom apartment with a rescue dog, two cats and and two ferrets. She is very kind and caring, and frequently fosters animals in need. We are so grateful to her for saving this precious life, and we want to help.
Specifically, we are looking to help pay for Lisik’s medical care and supplies (food, diapers, medications). This may not seem like lot - but our friend does not have any extra resources at all - and she would like to continue to rehabilitate Lisik and give him a chance at a happy and healthy life. If you can help, even a little, it would make big difference to her and to Lisik.
Thank you ❤️

Update: Rex's eye surgery cannot be avoided. 😢
Rex visited several ophtalmologists for a surgery consult. His eye has gotten worse despite the ongoing treatment and is causing him a great discomfort.
He has bleeding and a possible tumor in left eye which is very painful.
Xrays that were done yesterday are unclear and it is hard to tell if there are metastasis in his lung or something else.
Both Russian and American doctors suggested to go ahead with the surgery, that is schedued for this Wednesday, to keep Rex pain free for as long as possible. We will know exactly if there is cancer after the eye is sent to a histopathologist for evaluation.
Rex is a sweet, docile, and obedient dog that for years lived unnoticed in a rural shelter and if it wasn't for our volunteers he'd vanish there in agony. He was suffering quetely forced to be confined to a very poor living conditions that undermined his health.
Please keep Rex in your thoughts and donate today toward Rex's surgery and recovery.

This is the story of one of the many voiceless dogs in a care of our rescue.
We want you to know she was the lucky one.
Surly she did not feel that. Linda is young and naive pup who saw nothing from people except punches and kicks. Thrown out like trash she just wanted to survive so the hunger and hope for kindness drew her back to humans. All she wanted was a small piece of food but people either burn her with cigarettes or threw stones at her from which she learned to dodge, often unsuccessfully.
In her last attempt to ask for a piece of chicken she was stubbed with a knife.
She is lucky precisely because of all this torture that happened in her short life. It was these wounds on her thin exhausted little body that drew attention to her and she was taken to the clinic, where it was warm, food was nourishing and people were kind so for the first time in her life she learned how it feels to be petted.
Linda survived the streets, got well, and God willing, soon she will find a family, where she can never know pain, hunger and suffering
But how many of these - nondescript, hungry and dehydrated survive on the streets being invisible, just because they have not yet been stubbed, shot, hit by a car. ... this is a terrible and cruel world for the homeless and unwanted...
Linda wa lucky. We helped her and many others... but there are thousands of them. And it is in your power to save at least one of these ghost dogs, which do not have and cannot have a future without your support.
Please donate to help dogs like Linda.

Its not clear what happened to poor Rex prior to being dumped at a rural shelter. What is clear, however, is that this dog had never had it easy - neither at home nor at the shelter.
By the time we were contacted, Rex was living in horrible conditions for at least 3 years. He lives in a small, dirty outdoor kennel, and no one noticed his medical condition. Poor boy’s eyes are extremely inflamed and infected. He is very uncomfortable, but has given up asking for help. He is acting resigned.
We immediately took him to an ophthalmologist. Unfortunately, one eye is already lost, and they suspect a tumor. They ran some tests, but will need to follow up with another specialist. If the tumor is confirmed, Rex will need surgery to remove the eye but we hope we can safe the other one.
Rex cannot be returned to that shelter - besides terrible living conditions, there is no one to follow the doctor's orders to apply eye drops 6 times a day. It is imperative that we take him to a medical boarding (which is about $215 per month) where he can finally rest, eat, get much needed treatment, and finally feel loved.
Shelters like this are very hard on healthy dogs but for dogs like Rex it is a death sentence. Nutrition is not existent. They are fed kibble, mixed with dirt and pieces of old salami.
Please help us help Rex!
