Oden was adopted!!
My name is Oden and let me tell you how glad I am #RPSM took me in and started my journey...They put me in a foster home for a few weeks and then I went to prison for 10 weeks of training where I learned my ABC's of doggie commands... you know.. sit, stay, down and many more. This wonderful family adopted me after I got out of prison and I think the best is yet to come... look at my new dad here, he has been waiting 10 weeks to meet me and I think he is happy he did. I mean, what's not to like?! I am looking forward to new adventures, so stay tuned for updates from my new #furever family.

Carmen has been adopted!
Ready for a heartwarming story? My name is Carmen and I have come a long way in my short little life. I had a family but unfortunately it was not safe for me there anymore and my scars show it. The nice people of #RPSM took me in and my trainers fell in love with me! Then I got the best news! When I was done with learning all my new things I was going to a forever home! These nice people drove all the way to Coldwater, MI to pick me up and I know they are going to spoil me rotten! Look out for great updates from me!

Sasha has been adopted!
My journey hasn't been the easiest but I truly am where I'm supposed to be now. In a forever home and loved!
I showed up at the shelter as a stray in rough condition. They got me better but knew I needed more help. That's when the nice people of #rpsm took me in. I attended my 10 weeks of training and now I was adopted with my TWIN! Ok, not really but close! We really do look alike. My sweet mom's students even made signs for my adoption. I'm slow at warming up to people sometimes and my new parents still wanted to give me a try. I love them already!

How has this handsome fella had zero applications?! 😭
I'm a 52 pound rottweiler mix that is as sweet as can be. I have been doing great during training the past few weeks! I may not be the fastest when it comes to completing my commands, but I am willing to obey any command I am given. I live for being shown affection. I'm happiest when I am being cuddled! I'm playing well with the other dogs in my training class but no cats please. I love to play outside with the other dogs. I also know the difference between outdoor play where we can play a little more and indoor play where I need to be a little less rowdy and I change my play accordingly. I would like a fenced in yard so I can go out and enjoy the weather and observe all the things going on. I am heartworm positive but will my treatment should be completed by the time I graduate and go to my forever home. I really hope I have a forever home soon cause more than anything I want to be with my people, be the good boy I know I can be, and be loved.

Sasha is a 2 year old, 50 lb Pit/Lab that is now again available. Sasha does good with dogs and cats. She loves to chase squirrels. She thinks she is a lap dog but is okay to lay on her own bed as well. Sasha can be shy when first meeting people so the homebody type people are her kind of people. Do you know someone who would be interested in adopting Sasha?! Tag them below ⬇️
ADOPTED!
Moose here, when I came to #RPSM at 5 months old I was a wild man. Thankfully my foster Mom knew exactly how to help me and she helped me become an ok guy. Then I went to training and I grew up big, and learned lots of new manners. My handlers said I was the best guy and loved me lots but they wanted me to go live with a great family. So here I am, being a good boy meeting my new mom and dad. Keep an eye out for updates on me cause I'm sure there will be many.
Adopted!
Dreifuss here! I'd like to show off my new Dad. He came to visit me while I was in a foster home and promised to love me no matter what. It's pretty amazing how far I've come. You see, I was found after a horrible accident and taken to the local humane society. My leg was severely broken and needed amputated. RPSM made the most important decision of my life and gave me a second chance. I was chosen to go work with trainers who helped me strengthen not only my body but my mind as well. I'm getting more confident every day. I can't wait to see and enjoy what life has to offer!
Adopted!
"Whoa what a whirlwind of a life I've had the last few months. From the shelter life to a great foster mom to the slammer. I have had the best time with all the people and my other dog friends I have gotten to meet along the way, but it was time for me to go to my forever home. These great people met me before training so they knew just what to expect. I just know I'm going to love my new life." -Mikey
Available for adoption!
Sweetie Petey! Petey is a 46 pound Pit Bull Terrier. He is about a year old, and definitely still has a lot of puppy playfulness in him. Petey plays well with his pittie foster sister and loves meeting new people. His favorite hobbies are playing with his squeaky toys, running through the sprinkler, and snuggling up on the couch for a nap in someone’s lap. He does not like being left alone, and deals with some separation anxiety. He’s slowly learning to trust that when people leave they will return, but he is happiest when he’s by someone’s side. Petey is a sweet boy that will benefit greatly from all the manners he will learn in training. He would be a loving addition to any family, but might do better with older children that he is less likely to knock down in his excitement.
