Jimmy is a teddy bear. This big boy doesn’t know his own size, and just wants to cuddle with you.
Jimmy was found as a stray, and because he was so friendly he was brought to @cameronanimalhospital for help. He was malnourished, and so dirty we thought he was gray, but with love, care, and attention, you can see him sparkle!
Jimmy is sweet, affectionate, and healthy, and desperately wants a family of his own to cuddle with.

Meet @cameronanimalhospital ‘s newest resident - Hamela Anderson! She’s a beauty :) Found wandering the streets in a local city, good samaritans brought her to @cameronanimalhospital for care.
Hamela is a smart little girl, who loves attention, toys, and belly rubs. She shows signs of previously having a poor diet, but with proper pig food and some leafy greens she is improving quickly.
Hamela will be with us for a little while before moving on to a farm where she can make piggy friends and hang out in fields and wallows all day.

When you don’t want to get up in the morning… but you’re so cute the paparazzi just won’t leave you alone.
Lucy is 3 months old. She came to @cameronanimalhospital with a severe wound and nerve damage to her front leg. She had such limited use of the leg that we thought it would have to be amputated. Instead, with lots of nursing care and physical and occupational therapy, she has regained 95% of use, and we expect her to regain full motion in the next few months.
Lucy is sweet and affectionate, and is looking for her forever home.
Please note that all kittens must be adopted with another kitten or to a home with another young cat.

Lucy! This old hound lady is just as happy as she looks. She is one of the amazing residents at @montclairtownshipanimalshelter and came to visit because she has an ear infection. She was the perfect patient, and even gave big hound kisses after getting her ears cleaned.
Lucy has had a rough life, and likely never lived inside before coming to Montclair. She’s still trying to learn house training, but this old girl is so eager to please that she’ll get the hang of it soon. She’s looking for her forever home and is going to make the right family very lucky.

Maybellene‘s kittens are thriving! At two weeks old they are healthy and strong. They have their eyes open, are starting to explore their environment, and they are starting to play and wrestle.
Johnny, the orange and white kitten, was Maybellene’s baby. Xena, the black and white kitten, was found abandoned at 2 days old. We gave her to Maybellene, hoping she would foster her, and from the beginning she has fed and cared for her just as carefully as she has Johnny. We didn’t know at the beginning whether she would survive, but look at her now!

Maybellene climbed into @jazzyxoxo13 ‘s car, put her feet on the dashboard, and was ready for a new life. And now she has it.
One week after arriving at @cameronanimalhospital she gave birth to Johnny B Goode. She has been an amazing mom, and he’s a fat and healthy kitten. She has been such an amazing mom that when @jazzyxoxo13 found an abandoned newborn, Maybellene took her right in. Although Xena was weak and malnourished when she first arrived, she’s now thriving.
Maybellene is one of the sweetest cats in the hospital; gentle and always seeking affection. We are so glad she’s safe and warm, and someone is going to be very lucky to have her as part of their family when she is ready for adoption.
