URGENT > STELLA NEEDS A HOME BY FRIDAY! 🆘 Another beautiful “throwaway mama” saved from being euth’d but desperately in need of a place to go ASAP! Her foster family travels for work and are gone for extended time periods, plus she doesn’t get along with the other senior dogs in the home. She is just 40 lbs, apx 5 y/o, housetrained, crate trained, spayed, up to date on shots and just needs that person/family looking for a couch potato who just wants to be by your side (or family that can safely keep separate from other pets).

🆘 Please HELP! Stray cat Tigger was SHOT and we stepped up to help, but now we’re stuck with an $8k bill! 🆘 So far, we’ve received only $670 towards a *crippling* $8000 bill for this sweet cat who had it’s rear end shot off! 😩😢 We will never turn our back on any animal in a life-or-death situation but this is the third (and largest) major medical case we’ve been hit with this month alone.

SAFE!! Justine is another “throwaway mama”; bred and dumped, ending up in a rural NC kill shelter. Yet through it all, this is one of the sweetest and most loving dogs anyone could ever meet; a true GEM. * PUPDATE! * A huge thank you to everyone who stepped up to help us save these two little babies, Shadow and Meadow. And especially to #givinggrid for helping us raise the funds needed to do it. We shudder to think what became of the mama pup or any other littermates, but at least we were able to save these TWO from certain death when they were thrown in a rural, roadside ditch in NC like garbage. Shadow (on left, the larger of the two) is the definitely the stronger and more resilient. Meadow (on right, the one who needed the feeding tube) is still very weak and struggling and is only just now beginning to eat on her own. She was likely the runt of the litter which made having parvo that much harder for her to fight off. Thankfully they have been deemed healthy enough to now go into a foster home to continue their recovery!

Folks we are BEGGING FOR HELP! After just getting through saving puppy Bailey’s life, we received a call about a pair of near-death 8 week old puppies dumped like trash on the side of the road in rural NC. No one would take them so we said yes. The puppies were already crashing so we had to act fast and rushed them to the first vet who agreed to even take them (several said no!). Turns out they have Parvo and one is in critical condition needing a feeding tube just to survive. SAFE!!! Young Ralston was timestamped at a rural shelter in NC. With the help of the Rocky Mt advocates, Jere from Pilots N Paws, and amazing adopters Louis and Sue we were able to get him out of the shelter and on his way to experiencing the life and love he deserves! Thank you, all! 🙏❤️🐾
