Meet Lenora!

She is 11 pounds of pure joy! Lenora is a two year old chihuahua and min pin mix who is sweet, playful, and cuddly. She loves playing with her foster siblings and humans. Lenora is perfectly content to curl up in your lap for a nap or be on the go on walks, dog parks, or out and about. She likes to be anywhere that her humans are. She is well behaved and crate and potty trained. If you need a fun loving playmate, Lenora is the girl for you!

🆘 INTAKE IS OPEN AGAIN 🆘

We have a waitlist of dogs needing to come into our rescue and first on the list is a group of 5 Standard Poodles and Labradoodles. They are a breeder surrender, they are all female and all need vetting, including spays. We need to raise some funds for their vetting, grooming, food and supplies.

They will not be eligible for adoption until fully vetted. We do not know anything about their ages or personalities yet. This is rescue and we are only in the rescue phase right now, which means we need funds and have work to do. We cannot take applications until we know what these dogs need and want.

Thank you SO MUCH to all the heroes who donated to get our doors open again! We hope you all had a wonderful holiday. Now, let’s go save some animals, y’all!

Meet Spud!

This lovable chonky boi will absolutely melt your heart! He is very sweet and loves to cuddle. Sleeps all night in his crate without making a peep. He is working very hard on his potty training and is getting the hang of it. He would do great with another puppy or dog in the home as he’s still just a baby. Spud may just be the one you’ve been waiting for!

Meet Khalua!

Khalua is the most amazing Merle Catahoula mix. She has the best personality and a lot of energy. She is one year and about 28 pounds. She thinks she is a puppy and loves to get in her human's lap and we have not heard her bark. She loves to play with others and will be amazing in any loving home. She was abandoned on a country road with a beautiful Husky named Kristian. She would love daily walks and play dates if she does not have a sibling. Someone is going to be very lucky to get her!

Happy Thanksgiving from Sassy!

She is a roughly 3 year old American Pitbull Terrier mix, this ready to rumble girl IS dog friendly with dogs her size and larger, but does prefer a playmate who will be equally high energy. Sassy has basic obedience, walks well on leash with the help of training tools (though she is working hard to do it without them!), is kennel trained and would excel in a variety of sports like weight pull, lure coursing and dock diving. This girl loves all people, especially the kiddos, she can be a little hyper around kids because she loves them SO much, so would prefer some older kids to rough house with. Sassy is looking for a home with no small dogs or cats/small animals, but would really love to find a home with a doggie friend about her size with someone dedicated to giving her the best life that she deserves!

Meet Blasto!

Blasto is a spunky 8 month old chi mix looking for a home to call his own! He can be a little timid at first but warms up quickly and once he does you best be ready for fun and puppy love! Big dogs can be intimidating for this little guy but if they play gently with him, they'll soon be best friends. He would prefer a home with no small children and another playful dog. His basics are coming a long well including understanding "no", house training and kennel training. Blasto is still working on understanding the concept of a leash, but, like with everything else, we think with a bit of time and patience he will get the hang of it. If you’re looking for a loyal and loving companion, Blasto is the pup for you.

Meet Sky Sky!

With just hours left to live, Sky Sky was saved! Three months after being dumped at the shelter with her brother due to her families "Change in lifestyle", Sky Sky found herself on the Code Red list for kennel reactivity. However we can't blame her, she was in a new place full of loud sounds, new people and to top it off, her brother was adopted with out her so she was left all alone.

Thankfully one of our dedicated fosters stepped up for her and her life was saved. Since her rescue we have learned that she is PERFECT! Not only is she extremely dog friendly but she is such a good girl with all her manners. If you want to cuddle, she'll be your little spoon, if you want to take a drive she'll be your copilot and if you want to grab a bite with friends, she will graciously accept all the attention! Sky Sky is just over 2 years old and so deserving of a family to love her for the rest of her life!

Remember Verandah (previously known as Pumpkin) who had over 200 comments on her post begging for her rescue? She has been available for adoption for almost 2 months now and hasn't received one application to adopt her.

Verandah is a super sweet 1 year old puppy that is ready to go on walks/runs but also likes to snuggle on the couch. She would love to have another dog to play with in a backyard! She has been working hard with her foster mom on basic commands and is crate trained. She would prefer to not live with cats as she doesn't know yet to give them space but she's not aggressive. She loves dogs of all sizes and is a doggie daycare favorite! When not working on her training or playing fetch, she loves to take a nap and snuggle on the couch. Verandah would make a great companion!

Meet Freedom!

Freedom was left as collateral at a dealership in exchange for a Jack...the man never returned for her. She was still very wobbly and cried a lot, you could tell that she really missed her mom and siblings. She doesn't like being alone and would do best in a home with other dogs and where her new parent(s) could be home as much as possible. She is very affectionate and very independent all at once and loves being a part of a pack. She has two older foster sisters and an older foster brother that she loves to play with, she has taken to our 11 month old puppy and is his little shadow. Freedom would do great with formal training, she's very smart and will catch on quickly. She is around 8 weeks old and some kind of Aussie mix as she sometimes herds. She's still working on potty training, but does cry when it's time for potty 80% of the time. She flings her water bowl when she's thirsty and she looooves to eat!

This smile is priceless ❤️ Meet Ranelle!

Ranelle is a gorgeous, chocolate possibly Beagle and Pointer mix. She is approximately 3 years old. She loves to play with her foster sibling and would do best in a house with another dog. We have been working on potty training the last few weeks and she does pretty good as long as she is taken out regularly. She would do best in a house with no children. She is such a sweet girl who is patiently waiting for her permanent home.

Meet Frumpy!

This little lady was an unhappy puppy when she came to Saving Hope and was given the nickname of “Frumpy”. After spending some time at the vets and good round of antibiotics, Frumpy was finally on the mend! She has spent her time recovering and blossoming into a true playful puppy. Frumpy isn't so frumpy after all. ❤️

Frumpy is a smart girl. She sleeps on the bed through the entire night and knows how to use a doggy door when she needs to go out. She is good with both cats, kids, and dogs. She is a vocal girl and lets you know when it’s time to snuggle. Oh and she's just a 2 month old retriever mix!
