Today Fort Worth had 20 dogs on their EU list…we were able to grab 4. Tomorrow the shelter can expect up to 40 new owner surrenders, and then the cycle will continue. Now more than ever, these dogs need us! We’ll never be able to single-handedly save them all, but we’re going to keep trying our hardest.

Here’s a little #feelgoodfriday post for your feed. We pulled Dot and Smokie from a shelter in Houston about a week ago. They were scared stiff and hiding in the corner of their kennel. A sight that just breaks your heart. Fast forward to today, look how much far they’ve come! You can see their trust in humanity starting to build back up, and their walls are slowly coming down 🙌🏼
