Happy Friday from some of mama Nori’s babies: GIUSEPPE, ROWINA and DARIA. They’ll be ready for adoption in a few weeks. They are sweet and fun kids! About 4 months old.

Meet NORI. She’s one of the mama cats we’ve rescued this year. She’s raised her six babies (soon to be available for adoption too) and now she’s ready to find her furever home. She’s almost 2 years old and fully vetted. As you can see, she’s quirky and playful. She has an aggressive playfulness that will require a patient adopter to help train her to be gentle, or she shouldn’t be around young kids. She’s not a fan of dogs. She can tolerate other cats but so far she prefers to hang out with her teenaged children. NORI will be a fun girl to have around.

So, she’s not the best behaved teenager, but she will make you laugh and smile every day. MICHONNE is the silliest girl. She’s also very sweet. She loves to snuggle and nap in laps. She gets along great with other cats and also dogs. She needs a playmate.

Hey supporters! We DO have the 2022 calendars in stock and for sale at the cat lounge. We are working to figure out when and how to get them sold. All proceeds go to our rescue efforts.

Some of our rescued you may never meet, but faces like PINECONE tell you we do so much more behind-the-scenes work. PINECONE was surrendered to us several weeks ago. She stayed at the vet for a while to recover from parasites, ringworm and malnutrition. She also tested positive for Feline Leukemia. There’s a possibility it’s a false positive as an 8 week old kitten could still be carrying mother’s antibodies, so we must be patient, keep her segregated, and retest her in a couple months. If she’s still positive, we will reach out to a rescue that specializes in FeLV+ cats. Meanwhile, she’s hanging out in her own room in foster care. She gets lonely but we are grateful she’s been given the best chance at a good life.

Can anyone foster cute little DOBBY? This young guy (about 3-4 months) was found outside the cat lounge. He’s sweet but a bit skittish. He needs to be in a foster home for a few weeks while he gets vetted and hopefully to gain more trust and confidence.

Now that baseball season is over, our baseball kids need a foster home. These four cool boys are about 9 weeks old and very sweet and playful. They seriously should be adopted together. TOKYO and MICHONNE are (unrelated) BFF’s in their foster home. They are the best kids ever. Both can play and entertain themselves wonderfully but they love to play and wrestle with each other just as much. They have similar personalities: sweet, confident, snuggly, playful, silly. They even enjoy wrestling with the dog.

Both 5-6 months old and available for adoption. We absolutely love to adopt out bonded cats, so we offer a 2 for 1 adoption fee.

Beautiful silly MICHONNE is here to remind everyone to FALL BACK on the clock tonight! But she also wants to warn pet parents to not expect the fur kids to sleep in an hour past breakfast time. Nope not gonna happen. 🤣

Meet TOKYO! If you’re looking for a guy that will always be by your side: while you’re sleeping, while you’re watching TV, while you’re eating, while you’re doing pretty much anything, then pick TOKYO! This 5 month old boy is as sweet as they come. He gets along with anyone and everyone. He loves snuggling with the big friendly dog in his foster home. He loves to eat. He loves to play with his BFF, MICHONNE (also adoptable). He loves to eat. If you are interested in giving TOKYO a furever home, please submit an adoption application or email. TOKYO really needs to have a playmate in the home. Indoor only and no declawing.
