10 months Poncho has been with us.. 1 application in the last 10 months that didn’t work out.
Please consider giving Poncho furever 💚 he’s an easy guy that likes his space but also likes to cuddle & be goofy when he’s comfortable with you.

Yesterday was terrible, I have a giant pit in my stomach today and my heart is so heavy. I can’t stop crying and wondering if there was one more thing I could have done. It sucks.
I’m sorry. I’m sorry I couldn’t find you the home you so deserved and I’m sorry that humans failed you from the beginning💔
I loved you so so much big dog and I know that I did everything that I could with what I had but ultimately this life wasn’t fair to you. I tried. I tried and it just wasn’t quite enough.
The routine has changed around here as it always does when a dog leaves but this time is different and it’s quiet and heavy without you. I miss you.
I miss your big face and your happy dance for treats. I missed you charging up the stairs this morning to go outside. I miss you sitting on the deck with your crossed legs sniffing the fresh air. I even miss you barking at the neighbor cats and the kids walking to school. I miss your wiggly body and your dough eyes and your happy tail when you got butt scratchies, big dog.
You deserved a responsible, loving family and I wish they had come along.
Vector was the happiest boy and he was a good dog. Yes, he bit people and that’s tough, but I was never afraid of him - he had a heart of gold and as long as he wasn’t given that chance to fail, he didn’t. He wanted to be good. Someone, some kid, some adult, who knows - failed him early on and that sucks. People suck. We need to do better.
Vector spent most of his days outside with us and quickly figured out when we moved that he could jump the one shorter fence. We had AC called and he then had to be tethered in the yard - not something I’ve ever done or find appropriate or humane, but for his safety and our neighbors’ it had to be done. He got crafty and figured out how to get out of the harness or pull so hard the stake came out of the ground and he would jump.
Nobody showed any interested in Vect after he came back to us in April, not one inquiry or application..

Meet Nova!
This darling little Cattle dog mix is ready to be the center of your universe. Nova is an active + incredibly smart girl who loves nothing more than playing fetch, learning new things & being with her people. Her history is a mystery but we do know that she just gave birth to 6 babes a few months ago & she’s so ready to spread her wings!
Nova is a goofy bundle of enthusiasm who loves all dogs + people but would do best in a home with dogs her size. Dog-savvy children ok. Cats unknown.
She prefers to enjoy her meals + treats alone but could definitely learn to share with others with the right guidance. As a working dog, Nova is always ready to go & requires a lot of physical + mental stimulation (perfect for an active family in Utah!) but enjoys her breaks in her kennel & sleeps like a champ through the night. This pretty lady is house broken, knows basic commands & takes cues very well from other dogs.
Nova is an Australian Cattle dog mix, about 1.5/2 yrs, 45 lbs, spayed, UTD vax + chipped
Adoption donation fee $250
*Fully fenced yard required. No exceptions.

ADOPTABLE IN OREGON✨
Dietrich was pulled from a shelter in San Bernardino about a year ago & is currently living in Coos Bay, OR with his foster. That rescue has now ghosted the foster & she is desperate to find him a furever home after a year of rehab + training.
Dietrich has never had a home & is currently living in her garage because he would like to eat her cats. He needs a wonderful home in Oregon!
They are unsure how he is with kids & is dog selective so would do best as an only child.
He’s gone through a board + train & his foster will send him again with the adopter so they can learn how to work with him.
They would prefer a family that is familiar with Shepherds & he loves men!
He had back surgery last year but is a healthy boy now.
He is about 9 years old, 115 lbs, neutered, UTD vax, microchipped, housebroken & knows lots of commands.
He is a big, sweet teddy bear 💙
We will be facilitating the adoption so please submit an application to:

Vector is searching for the right family that will understand his boundaries + support him in being the most successful boy in the home!
He has got to be one of the sweetest big boys out there (seriously) & he LOVES his humans a lot..
Vector will not however, be suitable for a home with small animals, anyone under 15 or that will have lots of strange people coming in & out. No exceptions.
He is not a “dog park” dog or an off leash hiker but definitely loves the active life where he can get it⛰
Vector is also very chill & just likes to hang or go for car rides!
He does very well with larger dogs & successfully lived with one in his previous home.
He is a Shar Pei X Rottweiler about 2.5 yrs old, 85 lbs, housebroken, neutered, microchipped, UTD vaccinations, crate trained & knows basic commands.
This kid does have a bite history & we will discuss that if you’re interested but we have no doubt that with responsible people, he will live a safe, happy & wonderful life & make YOU very, very happy🥰
