Sitting here in one of our kitty cottages, looking at this ginormous cat wheel! We just now finally had the opportunity to set it up. This beauty was donated to us by a super nice lady that likes to be anonymous! We love it and want to thank her again for this amazing gift!
So far everyone seems to be to lazy for exercise! We will have to work on that! But in their defense, it is sorta bedtime right!? They all went to check it out but i think i have to show them how it works lol.
Kim has one at home for her fosters (not as fancy as ours 😜) but her kitties love it! So i am thinking these guys will too after they figure it out!
Maybe i will sprinkle some catnip on it tomorrow? Thoughts?

So far 7 more captured, including the one eyed siamese! Again everyone is friendly and very sweet. Hopefully these too can be transferred to Seattle this week. We already have the next place waiting with about 13.

The first group of ten went up to Seattle Humane and we are greatful for their help!!! The next 7 so far were captured yesterday and today, including the one eyed siamese! They are currently being held here at the sanctuary and will also move up north next week.

So far all the cats are just the sweetest! Mellow and friendly!!! They will make amazing pets !

Prada and Gucci are now Zakari and Zayn!
Both had to see the vet a few days ago due to some abnormal breathing of one of them. They got some antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection and are much better ! While at the vet we were informed we have two boys lol. Prada and Gucci weren't a good fit anymore and their foster mom renamed these "guys" 😁

Casey has been supporting us for so long and again this weekend! Go and see her today to take some Christmas pictures or book your session for tomorrow!!!

From cookies, breads and other goodies to paintings from a local artist, handmade scarfs and Christmas wreaths we have a lot of great things for some early christmas shopping!

I wish i could say Tiger Lilly is doing good! But honestly i don't think so. She is suddenly blind, on top of everything else. I am a bit surprised. Just a few days ago she actually ventured out, visiting the cat houses, like she used to. And yesterday she seemed a bit off. I checked her out and yes, she is totally blind. We're talking bumping into things and all. Of course cats are pretty adaptable when it comes to this kind of thing, but given her age and other health issues I'm really not sure.
She is eating and drinking, so i am not making any hasty decisions. Lilly has an appointment to recheck her bloodwork Friday morning and we will wait for the results on that, if nothing else happens before.
For now i will keep a close eye on her and simply take it day by day.

We are currently working on a place with 20 to 30 cats in need of urgent placement.
We cannot share details or location but are hoping Seattle Humane will give us a hand. Fingers crossed 🤞
So far we captured 9. Luckily most of them are very sweet and friendly and pretty healthy for the most part.
