Happy #TongueOutTuesday from our sweet Sonar. 😝 Sonar is our 1 year old Pittie mix who is full of energy and happiness! He has a big goofy personality that you will fall in love with right away.⁠

This lovable guy is good with everyone he meets - including children and dogs. Sonar doesn't have the best listening skills because this boy is deaf! He's learning signs to communicate with his foster family and learn basic obedience. Teaching a dog signs is no different than teaching a hearing dog tricks! Sometimes it just requires a bit more patience while they figure out what you're asking of them. ⁠

Sonar's ideal family would be an active family willing to work through his crate training, or help him learn to free-roam in the home. He has so much love to give and is patiently waiting for his forever family to find him.⁠ 🐾🏠💙

Meet Twist 👋🏽 our two month old Shepherd mix and who wieghs 8 pounds. He is down for anything, whether that be sitting on your lap, roughhousing with his brothers or eating!

Day by day he gets better with using pee pads, especially if treats are involved. He will be the first one to run up and greet you, even if you've only left the room for a second.

This playful pup is looking for an active family who’s willing to continue to work on training and obedience. Twist is being fostered in Hoboken, NJ.

Dexter is an 8 month old Domestic Shorthair kitten that loves attention. 😻 This cutie likes to know where you are at all times, but gives you your space until it's time for his cat nap when he will come cuddle into bed with you. He's quiet in a crate and is completely litter box trained.

Dexter is great with other cats and kittens and will play when played with but knows when to stay away. He's always looking around to make sure you're in sight and when he finds you, he'll go about his parkour business. He also gives sweet kisses and knows how to get those scratches! Dexter would make a great family cat and would also love to be loved along with his sister, Darla.

He is located at the Petsmart in Plainville, CT
Kittens are only adopted in pairs or to homes with other pets. They are very social by nature and need to be with other pets for their socialization.

PUPPY SPAM!!! Introducing the 98 Degree Boys - Drew, Nick (not pictured), Justin and Jeff!

Approximately 3 months old, these boys weigh between 3 and 6 pounds. These soft fluff balls are said to be a Pomeranian/Chihuahua mixes. They love to play with their squeaky toys, play chase with one another, snuggle in their foster mom's lap and sleep with their foster kittens in the cat beds.

The 98 Degree Boys are being fostered in Ohio. They are good with other pets and have have been fostered with kittens and large and small breed dogs.

⚠️ Urgent Foster Needed in the Greater NYC area ‼️ Our sweet Ace is in need of a new foster or adopter by tomorrow, 11/19.

We are a foster-based rescue and with our foster families full, we are desperately reaching out to our larger networks.

Ace is the kindest 51-pound, 2 year old German Shepherd mix just looking to find his furever home. He's fully potty and crate trained. He's super gentle, playful and loves his humans so much. He was fostered in a home with a young child and a home with another dog and did very well with them.

Ace struggles with leash reactivity and needs a foster or adopter who is committed to working through this with him. We have a volunteer trainer who is willing to work with the foster or adoptive family. He is very smart, a quick learner and with the proper training, he would be the perfect dog.

Brooklyn is our 5.5 month old Black Kitten who is full of life and loves to play. His favorite game is to fetch his bell toy as he loves toys with bells and feathers. Brooklyn likes to cuddle with his people (dogs included) and watch tv. The cutest thing about Brooklyn is that he loves to steal little house items and later give them to his humans as a gift.

Brooklyn lives for pate (his favorite wet food texture) but he also does well with kitten kibble. Brooklyn is overall pretty good about his litter box, but he is a clean freak and will protest loudly if he feels that it is time for it to get cleaned.

Overall, Brooklyn is a wonderful companion and anyone would be lucky to get to welcome him into their family.

NYC, looking for a commute buddy? Charlie Brown is our one-year-old Labrador Retriever mix. At first sight, you’ll fall in love with his beautiful yellow eyes and his adorable face. He loves to show off his tricks and make you smile with his zoomies.

Charlie is looking for his best friend. He’s not the biggest cuddler (yet), but he loves to be close to his person and will follow you anywhere you go. He is currently being fostered in an apartment, and has been doing well with apartment life - he is fully house trained with no need to be crated! Charlie is fine being left alone so long as he gets three walks a day and a chew bone or kong to keep him busy.

He is shy and fearful of strangers and will need a patient owner who is willing to work on building confidence and trust. Charlie will need to be the only pet in the home, but he promises he will be your MOST LOYAL companion.
