Wolf Trap Animal Rescue transports and fosters animals at risk for euthanasia from MS to fight against the unnecessary euthanasia of adoptable animals.

Wolf Trap Animal Rescue’s primary mission is to support a life-saving foster, transport, and adoption program which was developed in order to rescue young animals in danger of being euthanized in Mississippi from overpopulation. The transports help relieve the shelters from overcrowding, thus allowing additional time and resources to be spent on the older, less adoptable residents of the shelter that would otherwise be euthanized. Rescued animals are transported by volunteers of Wolf Trap Animal Rescue, where pets reside in foster homes until they find their forever home through on-site adoption events located at designated PetSmart Charities® and Unleashed by PETCO locations!
