Providing a "Better Way of Life" for the Animals in our Care - Four Paws at a Time

The Town of Apple Valley Municipal Animal Shelter is an open admission facility. We provide sheltering services to Apple Valley residents and citizens of the unincorporated High Desert Region of San Bernardino County.

Anyone may submit an application to adopt, foster, or rescue an animal from our Municipal Shelter at avasrescues@applevalley.org. AVAS reserves the right to approve or deny an application. Our primary goal is the placement of adoptable pets into a permanent loving home when they cannot be reunited with their owners.
