As physicians, we are more privileged than most to advocate and raise awareness, and we have the means and the knowledge and skills to provide material assistance to those in need. As women, we wish to support other women and their families by addressing issues that disproportionately affect women.

We seek a world of hope, tolerance and social justice, where people can live in dignity and security.

Our goal is to provide relief and development in a dignified manner regardless of gender, race, or religion, and to empower individuals in their communities and give them a voice in the world.

We believe the protection and well-being of every life is of eminent importance and we shall join with other humanitarians to act as one in responding to suffering brought on by disasters, poverty and injustice.
