Jane's Cat Rescue is an organization dedicated to cat rescue and indoor-only adoptions in the Northern San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento area.

We operate an adoption program to find appropriate, loving, foster and permanent indoor-only homes for homeless cats and kittens. Before our cats are available for adoption, they undergo a thorough exam with a veterinarian, are tested, spayed/neutered, vaccinated and receive any additional urgent care so that they will be healthy when they go to their new home.

Come check them out and meet Jane Casey and her crew of volunteer helpers. If you don't see a kitty that fits your dream, talk to Jane. She has more cats available than she is able to transport for show and her superior matching talent can find the right fit for you.

How You Can Help

Provide foster and permanent loving indoor homes for adult cats and kittens.

Spread the word--if your own house is pet-full, then put out your antennae for news of anyone who is looking for a pet or anyone who just has a hole in their heart. Send them to Jane.

Volunteer--Jane can always use little bits of help. Just ask. Men's muscles are always appreciated to help unload or load up the van on Saturdays.

Give monetary donations to cover the cost of food, gas, medical care, spaying and neutering, tests and vaccinations, etc.

Donate supplies, such as litter, food, cat toys, scratching posts, cat playpens, condos, all the usual cat paraphernalia. Electronic donations such as computers, tablets, cell phones, whether new or used, would be greatly appreciated.
