The Southern Colorado Animal Rescue DBA: Black Forest Animal Sanctuary (BFAS) is a all volunteer run all animal rescue and rehab group dedicated to helping those animals that are abused, neglected, or no longer wanted by their current owners. We specialize in German Shepherd Dogs and other dogs at risk, service dogs, retired racehorses and we are expanding our involvement with the protection and adoption of wild mustangs. We are all volunteers. We deploy our animal rescue team during disasters and with law enforcement requests. We have a network of foster homes and farms. www.bfasfarm.org
