Includes: Spay/Neuter, 4 in 1 vaccination, 1 year rabies vaccination, 1 treatment of "D" wormer, 1 direct heart worm test & an identity chip.

Cats - All Ages: $50.00

Includes: Spay/Neuter, 4 in 1 vaccination, 1 year rabies vaccination, 1 treatment of "D" wormer, 1 combo test & an identity chip.

NOTE: All Dogs & Cats must be four months or older in order to receive a rabies vaccination.
