CAHA's primary objective is to support the Arts in all its forms and in all levels with special emphasis on community involvement.
The Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency, established under Public Law 16-122 is charged with administering federal and local monies in support of the arts in the Territory.
Guam CAHA's programs are numerous an include the issuance of grants to individuals and organizations for the perpetuation of the arts and culture of our island, such as folk arts projects, visual arts displays and exhibits, and music and theater productions to name a few.
