This page is maintained by volunteers and administered by Friends of Roswell Animals, a 501c3 organization. There is communication with Roswell Animal Control; however, we are not Roswell Animal Control.


To give the animals at Animal Control in Roswell, NM maximum exposure in the short time they have to find a forever home or rescue, lower our staggering euthanasia rate, & provide a place for Roswell, NM residents to look for their family members who are lost.

We are a team of volunteers dedicated to saving Roswell's death row dogs and cats. The animals at Roswell Animal Control have 7 to 21 days from the date of impound to be reunited with owner, adopted or rescued. The cost of adoption for dogs is $40 plus a prepaid spay/neuter receipt. The adoption cost for cats is $30 plus a prepaid spay/neuter receipt. Viewing and visiting begins at 10:00AM and visiting ends one hour prior to close
