A.R.C.O. is a newly founded animal rescue organization located in Kokomo, Indiana. We are Incorporated, pending approval of 501(c)(3) status.

“The mission of Animal Rescue and Care Organization is to aid unwanted, abused, and/or abandoned animals in Kokomo and surrounding areas. ARCO promotes community involvement and awareness by focusing on education, volunteerism, and empowerment.”

A.R.C.O. is a new companion animal rescue organization in Kokomo, Indiana that is dedicated to the fair treatment of our animals and those in need. We do not discriminate based on breed, age, medical issues, etc. and believe that there is a perfect home for every animal. We do not have a building as of yet so we rely on the open arms of foster families, which means that we can rescue as many animals as we have fosters for.
