Warrick County Animal Control

Warrick County Animal Control takes in mostly stray animals but when space allows owner surrenders. All animals are a $5 (Less than 6 months) or $10(6 months and older) for adoption. Most animals are required to be spayed or neutered prior to adoption.

The mission of the Warrick County (Indiana) Animal Control Department is to provide a protective barrier for the prevention of Rabies between the citizens of Warrick County and the Domestic and Wildlife animals. Animal Control will protect the citizens and animals by active enforcement of state and local laws, the humane sheltering and disposal of stray and unwanted animals, the promotion of responsible pet ownership through education.
