Welcome to the HSJC community! This site was created for friends of HSJC to chat with each other, share photos and stories of their adopted pets and keep everyone up to date on the organizations' activities.

The Humane Society of Johnson County benefits companion animals and the community by:

* Enhancing the companion animal-human bond
* Facilitating adoption
* Supporting spay and neuter programs
* Educating the public on the importance of responsible
pet ownership and humane treatment of animals
