Animal control is a 40 plus hour a week position. ACO enforces City Ordinances pertaining to dogs.

Streator Animal Control enforces the dog ordinances in Streator. Please remember there is a City Tag that is required along with your rabies tag. This tag can be purchased for $15 at your local Vet or City Hall. The city tag helps ACO get your beloved pup home quickly. There is a Leash Law for Streator so please keep those pups leashed when not under your control on your property. Lets keep those critters warm for the winter!
