The Center for Global Humanities is a public forum dedicated to the study of human destiny in the 21st century.

Global in perspective and using the methods and theories of disciplines in the broadly defined field of the humanities, the Center for Global Humanities offers lectures by leading scholars from around the world to help us better understand the challenges that are besetting our civilization and outline new solutions for nations and peoples to live together without prejudice. Because the Center believes in the vital necessity of a humanities culture to civic and democratic life, it works closely with the local community to encourage reading, discussion and debate.
