Citizens for Animal Rescue & Emergencies was founded on the belief that no animal should have to go hungry, remain injured, or live in pain. C.A.R.E. believes that all animals deserve to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. C.A.R.E. envisions a day when all animals are cherished and no longer threatened with abandonment, neglect, exploitation, or overpopulation.
