Habitat for Humanity Mississippi Capital Area, Inc. believes that everyone deserves a decent place to live!

Seeking to put God’s love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope.

Habitat for Humanity is:

International:
Since 1976, HFHI has built over 350,000 homes and housed more than 1.75 million people in over 90 countries world wide.

National:
There are more than 1700 affiliates in the United States, building in all 50 states. In 2009, they served over 6,000 families.

Local:
Out of more than 1700 affiliates in the U.S., HFHMCA ranks in the Top Twenty in number of houses built. Each affiliate is an independently and locally run non-profit organization. To date, HFHMCA has partnered with over 600 families, offering a hand-up out of poverty housing and into a decent, affordable home of their own.
