Lilo's Promise Animal Rescue

Rescuing bully breeds from local shelters and urgent situations and providing them with the love, medical care and lives they deserve.

Lilo’s Promise is a volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) animal welfare organization.
Lilo's Promise Animal Rescue is a group of dedicated volunteers who provide love, veterinary care, obedience training, socialization and safe housing for homeless dogs. Our focus are the dogs at risk in our kill local shelters. Dogs taken into LPAR will stay with us until their forever homes are found, no matter how long that may be. We believe no matter what the breed, background, age, or disability, all animals deserve a second chance or as we prefer to say, "A new beginning". Each animal we rescue has a special place in our hearts. Our goal is to make the best match possible for our dogs and those looking to adopt a new family member. Lilo’s Promise conducts community educational programs emphasizing the importance of spay/neuter, obedience training, advocating against Breed Specific Legislation and the joy of adopting a homeless companion.

We believe no matter what the breed, background, age, or disability, all animals deserve a second chance or as we prefer to say, "A new beginning". Each animal we rescue has a special place in our hearts. Our goal is to make the best match possible for both the pets and those looking to adopt a new family member. Lilo's Promise educates the public about the importance of spaying and neutering, obedience training, socialization and the joy of adopting a homeless dog or cat. Please note we do not accept owners surrenders. We were set up to save the dogs who are on their last days in our local shelters. We adhere to this policy for there are thousands of homeless dogs who do not make it out of our shelters.
