The NJCACOA is dedicated to protecting animals; to enforcing local and state statutes; and promoting and encouraging opportunities for Animal Control Officers of the State of New Jersey.

The New Jersey Certified Animal Control Officer Association is dedicated to protecting and
preserving the well-being of animals, both domestic and wild; to enforcing without prejudice and with
equality, local and state statutes pertinent to all animals, their control, their keeping; and promoting and encouraging opportunities for educational standards and requirements by whichthe performance of the profession may be measured.
