Our Mission is to promote the No-Kill philosophy within the Clovis/Portales area. We strive to provide the animals in the City of Clovis Animal shelter with unprecedented exposure and marketing, fulfilling a key aspect of No-Kill. We also promote to use of rehoming, retention, behavior training, 100% spay/neuter, microchips/tags and any other method that prevents or avoids an animal being surrendered to the shelter or picked up as stray.
