Cherish attended a Building Committee meeting today. She raised some good points and made her demands known. She also tried to sway Fred to her side with some hugs and puppy kisses. A nap was needed mid meeting (we know how you feel Cherish).

Cherish appreciation post and update!
Little miss Cherish is enjoying her time with each of her foster homes and being spoiled like the princess she is! This past week she went shopping at Saugertails Pet Supply, had her first taste of ice cream and got to meet many wonderful people and animals! We would like to introduce you to Cherish. She is not up for adoption. Cherish came to us with a serious and untreatable heart problem. Her visit at the specialist today confirmed our worst fears. Instead of continuing our tears we have decided to make it our mission to give her the best short life she could possibly have. Staff have been taking turns bringing her home and loving her already and we will continue to do so until her little heart has had enough and she leaves us peacefully. We wish to share with you her journey so she may touch your hearts as she has ours. She will be available for cuddle appointments this Saturday to give her the opportunity for even more love and to help pay for her specialist bill. He’s about a year old and loves water! Dock diving, anyone?
We think Tracker is absolutely awesome and we would love to see him in a home that is going to help him reach his potential.

This gorgeous girl is here at SAS looking for furever.
She is an approximately 1 year old super-mix!
Monroe is a very high energy girl and will need a home that can keep up with that energy.
With proper introduction, she can be friends with other dogs, although we do recommend they be around the same size as her, about 50lbs or so.
Monroe is not a fan of cats, so a home without kitties is ideal. Because of her size, energy and need to learn her manners, we recommend that she not go to a home with any children under the age of 12.
Monroe would love a hobby or something fun she could do regularly with her humans!

This gorgeous 4 year old girl has been here at the shelter since summer 2019 and has been very patient in waiting for her furever home.
This sweet girl just has a few requests for her new home.. a cozy place to sleep, lots of Kong toys for chewing, and to be the only pet in a home without children. Lily knows that this may seem like a tall order to some but she also knows that there is a human out there just for her.
