This dude is perfectly proportioned for all adventures! Matty's paperwork says he's 2 years old, but he's definitely not. We think he's about 9-10 months old, weighing in at 23 lb. Breed is tricky. Eye and coat like a Rhodesian, lower to the ground like a Daschund. Basically, your guess is a good as ours! But let's talk about this cutie...Matty loves meeting new people, sleeps quietly through the night in his crate, is 95% house trained, and will cover you with delicious kisses. He's still very much a mischievous puppy who needs to continue with routine training, but he learns quickly and responds right away when redirected. He's not thrilled to see other dogs (or traffic!) on his daily walks, so we're saying he should be the sole king of the castle. Poor dude seems to have sensitivity when being touched/grabbed on his neck, so he'd be fine with kids who are respectful and understand not to grab at his neck. Matty is microchipped, vaccinated, and being neutered by the rescue prior to the finalization of adoption.

Stelllllla!!! (Sorry, we couldn't resist!) Stella, a house trained approx 6 month old, 25 lb Hound/Pit mix (best guess!), is a super sweet, gentle, and affectionate puppy who is all about the love. It takes a little while for her to warm up to new people, but once she does, you'll have yourself a shadow. Stella has perfect indoor manners, only chews doggie related things, listens really well, is always up for snuggles, and loves to be with other dogs. She's not a fan of the crate or leash, so her owners will need to spend some time working with her. Stella is microchipped, vaccinated, and being spayed by the rescue prior to the finalization of adoption. We don't know about cats.

Oh the difference some love and kindness makes! Sophie is an approx 1 year old, 25 lb house trained Daschund/Lab mix (best guess!!!) whose Long Island foster mom says, “Sophie has come such a long way in just ONE week. Her friendly and loving personality is really shining through! She loves going on walks and playing with her toys, and although shy and timid at first with new people, once she warms up, she is the biggest mush and cuddler. All Sophie wants to do is love her humans and bask in attention, and she’ll never turn down lots of belly rubs and treats. She sleeps quietly in her crate through the night, but she doesn’t love being crated when left alone, (which is fine because she has lovely indoor manners and doesn’t chew on anything!). She’s a perfect dog for someone looking to adopt a loyal and loving friend. Sophie is microchipped, vaccinated, and spayed.

So much love to share! Harper is an approx 6-month-old, 40 lb house-trained Shepherd/Hound mix (best guess!) who is just the sweetest little girl. Her Long Island foster mom says, "Harper is a doll and will make an incredible family member. She's definitely shy until she feels comfortable with her people and would do best in a home with another confident dog whose lead she can follow. Once she's comfortable, she's super playful and outgoing, has zero food or toy aggression with my 2 dogs, and is so gentle with my kids. We're working on walking nicely on a leash and not counter-surfing. She's very easily re-directed and will flourish in a home with patient and kind people who will continue with her training. She'd prefer to sleep in a dog bed in our bedroom at night, but she has also slept all night in a crate downstairs as well. We don't know about cats. Harper is microchipped, vaccinated, and being spayed by the rescue prior to the finalization of adoption.

We don't have enough words to express just how much we love this boy! Ranger, an approx 1 1/2-year-old, 60 lb house trained Lab/Border Collie mix (best guess), has THE sweetest, gentlest, most loving disposition. He basks in ALL human attention from big and small folks, gets along very well with other dogs, has the perfect amount of energy - not too crazy, not too lazy, and loooooves to snuggle. He's like your very own personal teddy bear! ****Ranger has an old injury to his front leg and walks with a slight limp. He's not in pain, not slowed down, and happily runs around just fine. We've had an orthopedist examine him, and he does not need surgery. He had an infection around his joint, which has been treated with antibiotics, and he's currently undergoing laser treatment therapy to make sure he's as good as he can be.*** PLEASE don't let this turn you off - he's seriously an AMAZING dog. He hasn't been around cats. Ranger is microchipped, vaccinated, and neutered.

Sugar and spice (lots of spice!) and everything nice! Zoey is a 12 week old, 15 lb Black Mouth Cur mix (best guess!) whose Long Island foster mom says, "Zoey is actually the best foster we've had so far! She’s great overnight, sleeps in the crate with no whining or accidents, is 99% potty trained with the once every 3/4 days pee when you’re not looking), and she's great with my dogs and any other dogs she has met. She's very loyal, spunky, loves walks and hikes (on in the roads and off-leash in the woods), and is pretty adaptable to whatever mood you’re in - but definitely still bursting at the seams with puppy playfulness She’s teething (a lot) and is still learning the difference between playing with a dog and playing with a human, so she needs a home where her parents will properly correctly her and continue with puppy training. She's really an amazing little girl!" No small kids due to the mouthing. We don't know about cats. Zoey is microchipped, vaccinated, and her adoption will be finalized upon age-appropriate spay, which is included in her adoption fee.

If you're asking yourself how could one small creature be SO adorable, we're right there with you! Athena is a 12 week old, 14 lb Lab/Pit mix (best guess!) who is very playful and loves attention. She gets along very well with other dogs, hasn't had any accidents in the house, sleeps quietly in her crate during the night, and loves rope toys and exploring outside. She loves snuggling up close for nap time! Kids are fine, but she's a typical nippy puppy, so they need to understand that mouthing is par for the puppy course. She's still a baby and needs a home where someone is around during the day. Athena is microchipped, UTD with vaccines, and her adoption will be finalized upon age-appropriate spay, which is included in her adoption fee.

Looking for a gentle soul to light up your life? This boy will steal your heart! Zeus is a house-trained 6-month-old, 40 lb Hound/Pit mix (best guess!) who is simply a fantastic dog. He is very comfortable meeting new people, loves being with other dogs, listens very well, doesn't pull on the leash, learns commands super quickly, and has a ball running around the backyard. Zeus is a loyal and quiet boy who is a Grade A snuggler, and he sleeps quietly through the night snuggled up close to his people. Her foster mom says that Jilluy is absolute perfection. Totally trained. Totally sweet. Totally awesome. 💖 Jilly is a house and crate trained 2-year-old, 47lb Shepherd/Cattle Dog mix (best guess!) whose goal in life is to love you, cuddle you, and be your BFF. Jilly is pretty up for anything, walking, sitting, cuddling, as long as her people are involved. She's a very sweet and friendly pup who rolls onto her back for belly rubs when meeting new people, LOVES playing with other dogs, walks great on the leash, and happily covers kids with endless kisses. Jilly is microchipped, spayed, and vaccinated.

Our real life kissing machine can be all yours! Georgia is a super affectionate house trained 1-year-old, 45 lb Hound mix whose foster mom is singing her praises! Georgia absolutely LOVES all humans, even the little ones, sleeps quietly on her bed at night, gets along very well with her canine foster sister, is super smart, and longs to be loved by her people. We'd like a home where someone is around during the day - she'd be very sad sitting in a crate. We don't know about cats.
