We are a 501c3 non-profit organization, helping to place abandoned cats and kittens into loving forever homes. We also Trap, Neuter & Release Feral cats.

Brand new grass roots group organized to attempt to help the many homeless cats and kittens in the Clinton County.
Our organization has no current shelter and operates solely from foster homes in the area.
Support can be in the form of money donated, becoming a foster home, volunteering in a variety of other ways. Monetary donations can be mailed to Animal Rescue & Welfare Services and mailed temporally to 20 St. John St., Plattsburgh, NY 12901
