Our aim is to protect and serve horses. We participate in rescuing horses from slaughter auctions, owner surrenders, and helping other horses in need.

To save and protect the equine from cruely and slaughter, and to educate the public on the proper care of the equine.

Equine Rescue League of Cooperstown is a group whose interests involve eduacating and assisting the public in the care of their horse. We also take animals in who can no longer be supported by their owners, and last, we provide safe haven for horses that are headed for slaughter.
