Eastlake Animal Rescue Center

The Animal Rescue Center (ARC) is a non profit, no-kill 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the care, rehabilitation and adoption of domestic animals in Northeastern Ohio. ARC strongly supports spay/neuter efforts in order to decrease the number of homeless pets. Most of the animals we rescue are from overcrowded and high kill facilities throughout Ohio. All rescued animals are checked by a vet, vaccinated (age appropriate), tested, treated for fleas and spayed/neutered if old enough. They are placed in foster homes for 7-14 days prior to being adopted.

The Animal Rescue Center is a network of Foster homes. The number of animals we can care for at any given time depends on the number of available foster homes. The Animal Rescue Center receives no State or Federal funding and relies solely on adoption fees and private donations to cover the costs involved with the care of the animals.
