This rescue is created in the name of our beloved boy Charlie. We want to help dogs out of harm's ways. Charlie was abused and abandoned by his previous owner. He passed away in 2014. Charlie inspired us to start this rescue to save dogs in unfortunate situations and provide them a better life that they all deserve.
