Thanks to our wonderful donor, Joan Payden, every donation made through tomorrow will be matched–dollar for dollar–up to $100,000!
With your support, we can continue to provide lifesaving medical care to animals like Chad, who came to Pasadena Humane after suffering a traumatic injury that had damaged his spine, leaving him unable to use his hind legs. He was soon fitted for a wheelchair and we watched as he came out of his shell.
It is because of your commitment that we are able to provide animals like Chad with the care and support that they need to transform into happy, healthy pets. Please give today, as this generous matching gift offer only lasts until midnight tomorrow!

There's something so magical about an adoption day photo - the very first photo with an animal and their new person. You can really feel how much love there is. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT FOR GIVING TUESDAY ALL WEEKEND LONG!
Chad arrived at Pasadena Humane after suffering a traumatic injury. Due to damage to his spine, he was unable to walk or use his hind legs, dragging them along as he moved around. Our veterinary team suspected he had been hit by a vehicle. The poor boy was scared, in pain, and extremely wary of humans. He would often become overwhelmed and lash out during attempts to treat him.
Our team worked patiently with Chad, moving at his pace and allowing him to slowly become more comfortable around people. After a lot of hard work, time and love, he was trusting enough to allow our team to fit him for a wheelchair. Soon, he had blossomed into a happy, loving dog, seeking attention from our staff and running playfully through the halls of the shelter on his new wheels.
This Giving Tuesday weekend, you can double your impact for animals like Chad. Thanks to our generous donor, Joan Payden, every gift will be matched–dollar for dollar–up to $100,000 until Tuesday, November 30! It is because of your commitment that we are able to provide animals like Chad with the care and support that they need to transform into happy, healthy pets.

Bella says hello! 🐾
12-year-old Bella recently hung out in our adoptions office, where she enjoyed pets, brushing, giving kisses, and receiving ear and butt scratches. She is such a sweetie!
