Helping Paws is a 501(c)3 non-profit no-kill animal shelter that is organized exclusively for the purpose of rehabilitating and re-homeing abandoned, neglected, surrendered, and stray dogs and cats that would otherwise face euthanasia. All rescues are evaluated regarding their health, temperament, and other characteristics to evaluate their suitability for placement into adoption homes. Helping Paws provides excellent care for each pet, medical and emotional, and matches each pet with the best home for its needs in order to ensure a lifetime of safety, love and companionship. We encourage people to adopt from local animal shelters and promotes awareness about responsible pet ownership, spaying, neutering and the tragedy of pet overpopulation.
