The Humane Society of Southeast Missouri's mission is to provide shelter and care for homeless animals and advocate the humane treatment of all animals. Another major part of our mission is to encourage spaying & neutering to decrease overpopulation of domestic animals. Our mission also includes providing programs and services that enhance the bond between animals and people. We are able to provide our programs and services thanks to the generosity of individuals and corporations through the use of donations, fund-raisers and grants.
