Rivers End Animal Sanctuary & Learning Center is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to caring for unwanted and aged animals for the duration of their lives. Many of these animals have experienced past trauma and need a safe haven for emotional and physical healing. Recent research shows that animals are also a source of healing for people who have also suffered both emotional and physical trauma. Bringing together human and animal has the ability to promote healing for all. It is our mission to bring together the two in a nurturing and nonjudgmental environment so the healing process can begin.
