L.E.A.R.N. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We rescue and rehabilitate horses in need with the goal of placing them in responsible adoptive homes.

Our volunteer staff has more than 20 years of rehabilitation and adoption experience with horses and other livestock. We have 10+ years of vet tech experience. In other words, we are not just a group of folks who have a passion for horses, we have the experience to ensure the animals in our care get the best medical care possible and the best opportunity to be placed in a responsible, properly vetted adoptive home. We work closely with our veterinarians, farriers, equine dentists, and feed stores to provide the best rehabilitative environment possible.

It is our mission is to educate our community's youth, prospective owners, and owners concerning the proper care of animals. We also provide support for local Animal Control Departments with the care and housing of abused and neglected farm animals.
