Our mission at Big Animal Rescue Network is to rescue horses that are surrendered by owners, strays, or scheduled for slaughter. Also to offer these animals a temporary safe haven until a permanent home can be provided for them, whether by adoption or placement in another rescue. We will provide a safe and comfortable environment with rehabilitation being our main focus for any abused or neglected animal. We provide education to the community on multiple subjects such as, humane options for retiring horses and other barn yard animals, spaying and neutering their pets to keep unwanted litters from happening, and by providing assistance with finding adoptive homes for unwanted pets.
